Aula 1 - Student Housing

Pedro and Alice just moved into  a off-campus house in Denver. They


have 
signed   a three-month lease, following the lease tips they got from 


Student Legal Services. They will share the 
basic utilities  of their rent


house with a roommate in order to save some money. The house has


three bedrooms. The spare bedroom will be occupied by the student


with whom they are living with. The house has
compatible like 


water, electricity and an Internet connection. It also has basic appliances


such as a fridge, a stove, a TV set, a _washer _______ and a __dryer __________. If their


roommate moves out, they are responsible for paying his share of


the rent.
